Payments, Abscence & Cancellation Policies
PAYMENTS: Full Course costs may be divided into two equal payments. The first half is due, in full, upon enrollment. The second half is due, in full, before the start time of the class that begins the second half of you course. For example, if you're enrolled in a 20 lesson course, your second payment would be due before the 11th lesson is scheduled to begin. If you're enrolled in a 14 lesson course, your second payment would be due, in full, before the scheduled start time of lesson 8. All Custom Classes and all Workshop payments are due, in full, at the time of enrollment. GENERAL CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL POLICIES: Private Instruction Policies: If a student wishes to entirely withdraw from a course they have enrolled in, this must be done at least five (5) calendar days before the first class of their course is scheduled to begin. All enrollments and sales within five calendar days of the course's first class start time, are final. Workshop Policies: All enrollments and sales for workshops are final. Consider enrollment like buying a concert ticket, you can certainly trade it to someone else, but all sales from our end are final. THE DAILY GRIND POLICIES: ALL classes & workshops begin at their scheduled start time, not whenever the student decides to finally arrive. Private Instruction Policies: If a class needs to be cancelled, the student must contact their instructor at least 24 hours in advance of their class' scheduled start time. The class must then be rescheduled to an appropriate time convenient to the instructor's availability (NOT the student's) within fourteen (14) calendar days. There are NO refunds offered on any classes missed by the student for any reason. If a class is cancelled or missed by the student due to lateness or absence ("no call, no show"), it can only be rescheduled, not refunded. Any and all rescheduled classes must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days or they are forfeit. Forfeit classes may be rescheduled at a future time convenient for both the instructor and student's availability at an additional fee of $150/class. Workshop Policies: Since workshops are group events and are not able to be rescheduled, all enrollments and sales are final. If a student enrolls and then misses the workshop, that's on them.
